Chocolate Buttercream Frosting

on

113g Salted Butter
240g Icing Sugar
20g Cocoa Powder 
2 Tablespoons of Double Cream
Pinch of salt
1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Flavouring

Mix until smooth. This makes enough to cover a sponge, eg my Birthday Cake recipe.
